This single origin dark chocolate gets its unique flavour from a blend of Peruvian Criollo & Trinitario cocoa beans from Cacao Pods grown in the unique climate & geological conditions found in the foothills of Peru's mountains. A slow fermentation and roasting of these beans is all it takes to give this chocolate its gentle fruity notes of raisin and dried fig with a slight mOlasses finish. A perfect accompaniment to a sweet sherry and cooked pears.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. So we only use cocoa that's ethically sourced, palm free and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
