This single region dark chocolate gets its unique flavour from cocoa beans from Cacao Pods grown in the unique climate Colombia. A slow fermentation and roasting of these beans makes for a complex chocolate that has an initial bitterness that gives way to notes of tart fruits followed by waves of nutty malt notes. Packed full of antioxidants and with absolutely no sugar or milk this is the most intense chocolate we make. Pairs well with mango, raw honey and hoppy pale ales.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. Which is why we only use cocoa that's ethically sourced, palm free and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
