This single region dark chocolate gets its unique flavour from cocoa beans from Cacao Pods grown in the unique climate & geological conditions found in the Tumaco region of south western Colombia. A slow fermentation and roasting of these beans is all it takes to make an intense chocolate that's full of complex notes of vanilla and pepper, that building to a fruity finish with just a hint of sweetness. One to slowly savour will a glass of full bodied red wine.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. So we only use cocoa that's ethically sourced, palm free and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
