Made using ethically sourced Fino de Aroma Criollo cocoa beans grown along Colombia’s golden Arauca river that runs along the country’s boarder with Venezuela. This wild corner of Colombia, with snow-capped mountains, beautiful savannahs and rich waters, create a smooth chocolate that is extraordinary well balanced with predominant acidity and an exotic flavour of red berries, honey, jasmine and spices. Pairs particularly well with sour cherries or pistachio based pastries.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. Which is why we only use cocoa that’s ethically sourced, palm free and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
