This dark chocolate embodies a strong cocoa flavour with a perfect balance of bitterness and a subtle sweet tone. It owes its unmistakable fruity notes and slight citric acidity to ethically sourced cacao pods grown in the warm San Martin region near Peru's hugely diverse Pomabamba tropical rainforest. A true pleasure for the senses that melts easily in the mouth. Pairs perfectly with orange and toasted almonds.
We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. So we only use cocoa that's ethically sourced, palm free and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
