This single origin dark chocolate gets its unique flavour from Ugandan organic cocoa beans from Cacao Pods grown in the unique climate & geological conditions found in mineral rich western regions. A slow fermentation and roasting of these beans is all it takes to make for a robust dark chocolate with balanced finish of bitterness and acidity with gentle earthy back notes. A perfect accompaniment to acidic fruits like lemon and yuzu or desert wines with light floral and zesty notes.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. So we only use cocoa that's ethically sourced, palm free and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
