These giant white chocolate buttons embody the qualities of specially selected cacao grown in the south-west regions of Colombia. Made using 100% natural cocoa butter extracted from pressing Colombian Fino de Aroma cacao beans, gives this chocolate its exotic colour, smooth creamy texture, exquisitely unique flavour and its melt-in-the-mouth quality.

With marked milky notes as well as mild cocoa and subtle floral back notes that are typical of natural cocoa butter. Its works particularly well when paired with a strong roast espresso or tart red fruits such as cranberries and raspberries.
