Here’s our take on speculoos cookies in chocolate form. Made famous by Biscoff, this perfect balance caramel and cinnamon is made some of the sugar and milk powders are removed and used with a touch butter to make a caramel which is then added back into the mix with ground cinnamon to make a naturally flavoured chocolate that is sweet & creamy with a gentle richness running through it. A perfect accompaniment to a fresh cappuccino.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. So we only use cocoa that’s ethically sourced, palm free and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
