Here’s our take on speculoos cookies made famous by Biscoff in chocolate form. The perfect balance of caramel and cinnamon, this unique blonde white chocolate made by replacing some of the sugar and milk with caramel which is then ground into the chocolate along with some Indonesian cinnamon to make a naturally flavoured chocolate that is sweet & creamy with a gentle richness running through it. A perfect accompaniment to a fresh cappuccino.

We think good chocolate starts with good intentions. Which is why we only use cocoa that is ethically sourced and sustainably grown by farmers that are paid a fair price for their crops.
