Black & White Chocolate Chips Cookies
Ingredients:
175g Plain Flour
175g Demerara Sugar
150g White Chocolate Drops
100g Soft Butter
60g Deep Ebony Cocoa
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ⁄ 2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt.
Method:
Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix until combined. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder & salt, then slowly add to the wet ingredients, mixing as you go until it just starts to come together. Stir in the chocolate drops, then roll dough into 24 balls. Space them out on a lined tray and bake at 180 ̊C for around 20 - 25 minutes. Allow to rest on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
